Dr. Arne Björnberg's keynote speech at the Dutch Association of Health Insurers Congress
Dr. Arne Björnberg was invited as keynote speaker at the Dutch Association of Health Insurers Congress in Zeist, The Netherlands on October 28th, 2010. There was particular interest in the background of why the NL won the EHCI 2009 ranking by a record 44 point margin. The keynote speech also included a "flashback from 2025" looking at how the Dutch healthcare reform of 2006 became the key which unlocked the barriers for healthcare to become a giant, high-growth European service industry.
